Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.kingying.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package through our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.kingying.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

www.kingying.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, if your location is not supported by our logistics partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
